These terms govern your use of FairwayTab, a platform for ordering food and drinks at participating venues. By placing an order or using the operator tools, you agree to them.

The service

FairwayTab lets guests order from a venue’s menu by scanning a QR code, and lets the venue receive and fulfill those orders. FairwayTab is the technology platform; the venue is the seller of the food and drinks and is responsible for preparing and serving them.

Orders & payment

• Prices, availability, and applicable taxes are set by the venue and shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is placed with the venue once payment is authorized.
• Refunds and order issues are handled by the venue through FairwayTab’s tools, subject to the venue’s policies and applicable law.
• You are responsible for ordering to the correct lane or table and for the accuracy of your order.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only to place legitimate orders and to communicate with venue staff.
• Do not misuse the assistance messaging, attempt to disrupt the service, or access another venue’s data.
• Venue operators are responsible for keeping their PIN confidential and for activity under their account.

Age & alcohol

Where a venue offers alcoholic beverages, the venue is responsible for verifying age and complying with all applicable laws at the point of service. Ordering through FairwayTab does not waive those requirements.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” FairwayTab is not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of food and drinks, which are the venue’s responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, FairwayTab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
