Golf course POS for F&B

A golf course POS that reaches the 14th hole.

Most golf course POS systems were built for the pro shop and the tee sheet, then bolted on a register for the grill. FairwayTab starts from food and beverage: a counter register, ordering from every cart, kitchen printing, the beverage cart map and the alcohol rules — in one system.

Everything a golf course F&B operation runs on

Counter register

Ring up walk-up orders at the grill or halfway house, with scan-to-pay, Stripe Terminal card readers and cash.

Cash drawer & Z-report

Open and close the drawer, count cash, and end the day with a Z-report.

On-course ordering

A QR code in every cart and on every tee sign: golfers order, pay and name the hole.

Kitchen printing & screens

Star CloudPRNT thermal printers over the internet, plus kitchen display screens per station.

Receipts & inventory

Printed receipts, and an inventory and depletion add-on with recipes, par levels and reorder reports.

Keep your POS, or replace it

Plenty of courses are happy with the POS that runs their pro shop and tee sheet. You don’t have to rip it out: run FairwayTab alongside it for on-course and clubhouse ordering, and keep everything else where it is.

If you are on Clover, FairwayTab connects directly: your menu syncs from Clover, orders and payments land in your Clover books, and you choose per menu category which orders go across. Deeper Square and Toast sync is on the roadmap.

Or make FairwayTab your food and beverage POS outright. It already includes the register, drawer, receipts and card readers — the on-course ordering just comes with it.

Pricing that doesn’t grow with your sales

FairwayTab Course is $349/mo flat with unlimited orders and no per-order commission. Driving ranges are $199/mo. Keep your own processor and your merchant rates after a one-time $299 setup, or use FairwayTab Pay at 3.5% of the subtotal, card processing included, with nothing to set up.

Questions operators ask

Does it work with our existing POS?

Yes. Keep the POS you have and run FairwayTab alongside it for on-course and clubhouse ordering, or use FairwayTab as your only point of sale — it includes a counter register, card readers, a cash drawer with a Z-report, receipts and inventory. Clover is integrated today: menus sync from Clover and orders and payments land in your Clover books. Deeper Square and Toast sync is on the roadmap.

Does FairwayTab run our tee sheet?

No. FairwayTab is the food and beverage side: register, on-course ordering, kitchen, beverage cart and alcohol controls. Keep your tee sheet where it is.

Which card readers work?

Stripe Terminal smart readers, plus scan-to-pay QR codes and cash.

Which printers work?

Star Micronics thermal printers with CloudPRNT, over the internet with no on-site PC. Tablets and phones work as kitchen display screens.

How much does it cost? Are there per-order fees?
