For golf courses on Clover

Clover runs your clubhouse. Now it reaches the course.

If your grill and pro shop already run on Clover, FairwayTab adds what Clover doesn’t have: QR ordering from every cart, delivery to the hole and a beverage cart map — with your menu synced from Clover and your orders and payments landing in your Clover books.

How FairwayTab works with Clover

Menu sync from Clover

Items, prices and modifiers come from your Clover inventory, so you keep one menu instead of two.

Orders into Clover

Paid orders are mirrored into Clover. You choose per menu category what goes across — food to Clover, for example, and nothing else.

Payments on your Clover

Golfers pay through your own Clover merchant account at your own rates, with tips recorded on the payment.

Refunds that reconcile

Refunds issued from the FairwayTab console go back through Clover, so the books match.

Why not just a Clover QR menu?

A generic QR ordering app assumes a table that doesn’t move. A golf course needs the order to say which cart and which hole, a beverage cart that knows where to go, a halfway house that can switch to pickup, and alcohol rules that hold on a moving cart. That is what FairwayTab adds on top of Clover.

Using your own Clover is the bring-your-own-processor option: a one-time $299 setup, then your own merchant rates and no per-order platform fee.

Questions operators ask

Do we have to leave Clover?

No. FairwayTab works alongside Clover: your menu comes from Clover and your orders and payments go back into it.

Can we choose which orders go into Clover?

Yes. Routing is set per menu category, with a venue default, so you decide what Clover receives.

Do tips reach Clover?

Yes. Tips are recorded on the Clover payment, so they show in your Clover reports and payouts.

What does it cost with Clover?

Clover is the bring-your-own-processor option: the bring-your-own plan price plus a one-time setup fee, and you keep your own Clover rates. See the pricing page for the current numbers.

Do golfers have to download an app?

No. Golfers scan the QR code in their cart and order in their phone’s browser — no app, no account, no password. That matters on a golf course: nobody wants to install something on the 6th tee to buy a sports drink.
