Here’s how to get help, whether you’re a guest placing an order or a venue running FairwayTab.

Guests

• Need something out on the course? Tap Assistance in the app to message the front desk directly — they’ll see it on the staff console.
• Order issue or a charge you don’t recognize? Speak to the venue’s staff first; they can adjust, remake, or refund the order from their console.
• The menu won’t load? Re-scan the QR code in your cart or at your table, or open the link in your phone’s browser — no app download is required.

Venues

• Sign in to your operator tools from the Venue sign in link on the home page, then enter your venue code and staff PIN.
• Printers, menu, or QR codes are managed from the admin console. Order tickets print to your kitchen and drink station over the internet — no on-site PC required.
• Setup, billing, or anything else — email us and we’ll help you get running.
