ClubhouseTab · patio, pool & the turn

Patio, pool and the turn.

The same QR ordering that runs on the course works at every clubhouse table, patio umbrella, pool chair and tee-box sign. Guests order and pay from where they sit, the kitchen gets the ticket, and staff spend their time delivering instead of taking orders.

One system for the whole property

Every table is a spot

Patio tables, pool chairs, the bar rail and tee signs each get their own code, with no limit on spots.

Delivery or pickup

Bring orders to the table, or have guests collect at the bar or the turn — on a schedule if you like.

Station routing

Food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, each station’s screen showing only its own tickets.

Pay at order

With FairwayTab Pay or Clover, guests pay before the kitchen fires, so there are no open tabs to chase at the pool.

Clubhouse ordering for clubs and resorts

A single-course clubhouse is covered by FairwayTab Course ($349/mo). Multi-course facilities, clubs and resorts with several areas and menus are on Club & Resort ($549/mo), with a success manager.

Because it is the same system on the course and in the clubhouse, your menu, your kitchen routing and your reports are in one place.

Questions operators ask

Do guests need an app to order on the patio?

No. They scan the QR code at their table and order in the browser.

Can we run the patio and the course together?

Yes. Carts, tee signs, patio tables and pool chairs are all ordering spots in the same venue, with the same menu, kitchen routing and reports.

Can guests order at the 8th tee and pick up at the turn?

Yes. A QR sign on any tee is its own ordering spot, and pickup can be set to the halfway house or the turn.

Does it work with our existing POS?

Yes. Keep the POS you have and run FairwayTab alongside it for on-course and clubhouse ordering, or use FairwayTab as your only point of sale — it includes a counter register, card readers, a cash drawer with a Z-report, receipts and inventory. Clover is integrated today: menus sync from Clover and orders and payments land in your Clover books. Deeper Square and Toast sync is on the roadmap.

How much does it cost? Are there per-order fees?

FairwayTab Course is $349/mo flat for an 18-hole course, driving ranges are $199/mo, and multi-course clubs and resorts are $549/mo. Orders are unlimited and there is no per-order platform commission. FairwayTab Pay is 3.5% of each order’s subtotal with card processing included and no setup fee; or bring your own processor and keep your own merchant rates after a one-time $299 setup. Every plan starts with 30 days free.
